A Letter to our Customers from Try Financial
During these uncertain times and rapidly changing circumstances in which we find ourselves, we have a letter to our customers and we want to reassure all our clients and contacts that we can continue to support you. Try Financial, like all businesses around the world, we are experiencing unprecedented challenges.
With the advice from the Government to avoid close contact with people and self-isolation, this can have a big impact on anyone looking to seek savings on their finances. Here at Try Financial we have full contingency plans in place and can still provide the excellent service our clients have come to expect:
- All staff are able to work from home, this includes calling clients, filing paperwork and being in touch with our lenders.
- An added benefit of using us we have invested in technology but with the human touch meaning we still provide you with a direct contact and available to talk throughout your application.
- You can email over to us all documentation required and communicate through email, telephone or video calling.
Don’t let COVID-19 stop you from remortgaging and possibly saving money. In times like these we must all do what we can, whether the government gives us a hand or not, which could potentially leave you in a better position.
According to Yorkshire building society in 2019 – which came up with the figure after analysing market data – says some homeowners whose deals are coming to an end could save about £200 a month by remortgaging.
Whilst these are unprecedented times, we can assure you that we are doing our best to help all clients, will be available even if we have to keep ourselves isolated and are focused on helping all of our clients and contacts through this pressing time. We will be putting out some advice over the coming weeks to help you manage your finances and leave yourself in a better situation financially from our independent and reliable sources and look forward to sharing this with you.
We will keep you updated with any further information and hope we can support you and your businesses through this difficult time.
Best Wishes,
Barry Scott
