Bridging Loans and Development Finance
With extensive experience in the fields of bridging loans and development finance, Try Financial is the right place to turn to, whether you are looking to buy property either at auction, to refurbish refinance or sell or, your need is for capital to buy land then build and sell brand new homes. Typically, bridging loans we will recommend will last for between three and 24 months, but other borrowing arrangements are possible too. Loans are interested only and you can either pay as you go (servicing) or have the interest prepaid, so being charged only for the length of time you actually have access to and benefit from the borrowed capital.
Development finance can be arranged for the purchase of land with or without planning and towards the build costs. Finance can also be secured for the replacement of development finance before the site has been sold off in full.
